What happens to your information

When you visit the website

The website host receives technical information needed to return the pages you request, protect the site and investigate faults. If you change the colour theme, that choice is stored in your browser and is not sent to Denzilo.

Operating and securing the website, based on Denzilo's legitimate interests in providing a reliable website.
How long it is kept
Hosting logs are kept for the period provided by the hosting plan and only as long as needed for security and fault investigation.

When you join the SID waitlist

Your email address is used to send a confirmation request. After you confirm, Denzilo can send occasional updates about SID. You can leave the waitlist at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email.

Email address, signup source, subscription status, relevant timestamps and confirmation status.
Reason and lawful basis
Confirming your request and sending SID updates, based on your consent.
How long it is kept
While you remain subscribed. A minimal suppression record may be kept after you unsubscribe so Denzilo can respect your choice.

When you email Denzilo

Denzilo uses the information in your email to understand and respond to your message, follow up where appropriate and maintain relevant business correspondence.

Your email address, other contact details, the contents of your message and any attachments you choose to send.
Reason and lawful basis
Responding and managing business communications, based on legitimate interests or steps you request before entering a contract, where relevant.
How long it is kept
Only while the conversation or business relationship remains relevant, taking account of legal, accounting and dispute-related requirements.

Please do not send sensitive personal information or confidential datasets unless this has been agreed in advance.

Denzilo uses a small number of service providers to run the website, manage the waitlist and receive email.

Transfers outside the UK

These providers may process personal information in the United States or other countries. Where a destination is not covered by UK adequacy regulations, Denzilo relies on contractual safeguards or another transfer mechanism permitted by UK data protection law.
